The contract between yourself and Meg’s Adventure LLC shall come only into existence when Meg’s Adventure LLC has received full payment and issues confirmation. Any booking made by you shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase the travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party.
When booking your trip more than 15 days prior to departure all tours require a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost in order to secure a guide, car, driver essential supplies and domestic flights (when required)
The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to your tour departure
When booking your trip 14 days or less prior to departure you must pay 100% of the tour price up front
Should you need to cancel a reservation 15 days or more prior to the actual tour departure date we will refund 25% (Half of your deposit) of the total cost of your trip. No refund will be given if you cancel your trip 14 days or less prior to the actual tour departure date.
Road and weather conditions in Mongolia can be unpredictable and Meg’s Adventures LLC may need to make changes to your agreed itinerary prior to your departure, on the day of your departure or at any point throughout the trip. Meg’s Adventure’s LLC will not be held liable for any of these changes.
Meg’s Adventure LLC does not provide any insurance thus will not be held responsible in any way for any cancellation due to your personal circumstances, change of itinerary due to weather or road conditions, accident, illness, loss of personal effects or change in personal circumstances arising at any time during the trip. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance for your own piece of mind.
